Full Refund

If you have NOT accessed any content within 30 days of purchase

If you access any practice questions, exams, or study materials

No Refund After Content Access

If you access any practice questions, exams, or study materials, no refund will be granted.

Once you access our content, you have received the product in its entirety. Digital exam questions and explanations cannot be "returned" after being viewed.

What counts as "accessed content":

  • Viewing any practice question
  • Starting any quiz or exam
  • Accessing study materials or explanations
  • Logging into the platform after subscription activation

Full Refund If Content Not Accessed

If you have NOT accessed any content, we will grant a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

You ARE eligible for a full refund if:

  • You purchased a subscription but never logged in
  • You logged in but did not view any questions or start any quiz
  • You were charged in error or charged twice
  • You canceled before subscription activation

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • You accessed any practice questions or exams
  • You viewed study materials or explanations
  • You completed any quiz (full or partial)
  • More than 30 days have passed since purchase

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your account email and order number
  3. Confirm you have not accessed content
  4. We verify and process within 7-10 business days

EU Customer Rights

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day withdrawal right. However:

By subscribing and requesting immediate access:

  • You expressly consent to immediate access to digital content
  • You acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day withdrawal right once you access any content
  • You agree that no refund will be provided after accessing content

Special Circumstances

Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times in error, contact us immediately for a full refund of duplicate charges.

Subscription Renewal Disputes

If you dispute an auto-renewal charge, you must report within 7 days. Refund only available if content not accessed in renewal period.
